Official Rules for Oberlin Filter Company IMTS 2024 Free Gift Redemption

1. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all registered attendees of the 2024 International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) held in Chicago, IL.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration to be eligible. Employees, representatives, and agents of Oberlin Filter Company and their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:
The promotion begins on September 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM CST and ends on September 14, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST, or while supplies last.

3. How to Participate:
Participants must visit the Oberlin Filter Company booth at the IMTS 2024 and register at the designated kiosk to redeem a free gift.
Registration requires providing accurate and complete contact information, including full name, email address, and company name.
Only one registration per person is allowed.

4. Gift Redemption:
Upon successful registration at the kiosk, participants will receive a voucher or confirmation to redeem their free gift. The gift must be redeemed in person at the Oberlin Filter Company booth during the IMTS 2024 show hours. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Limit one gift per participant, while supplies last.

5. Gift Availability:
The quantity of gifts is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
Oberlin Filter Company reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equal or greater value if the original gift becomes unavailable.

6. Use of Information:
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to complete a questionnaire during the registration process. The information collected from the questionnaire will be used by Oberlin Filter Company for research purposes and any other purposes the company deems appropriate, including but not limited to marketing, product development, and customer outreach.
Oberlin Filter Company will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

7. Privacy:
Oberlin Filter Company will collect and use personal data provided during registration solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with Oberlin Filter Company's privacy policy.

8. General Conditions:
Oberlin Filter Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity. Oberlin Filter Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any technical or other unforeseen problems arise, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or any other events beyond the company’s control. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the use or redemption of any gift.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Oberlin Filter Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion. Oberlin Filter Company is not responsible for any technical failures or delays in telecommunications networks, computer systems, servers, or providers. In no event shall Oberlin Filter Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion.
